Preparation of the Talk Material:
Each speaker needs to prepare their own material, which consists of: You can use any screen recording software, such as OBS, to produce the video record of your screen. We recommend you to use MPEG-4 (.mp4) file format (with the normal H.264 or H.265 codecs). The maximum lenght of the talk is 20 minutes. Please try to keep size of your record less than 100 MB.

Note: You won't be able to edit the material once it is uploaded. Therefore, make sure that the audio is clear and audible before you submit. If you decide to upload the slides of your talk as well, please make sure that you upload video and slides of your talk jointly.

You will be provided with a username and a password via an e-mail, which you will need in order to login to the portal. If you are a speaker in one of the organized sessions, and did not receive your login information by by 01.07.2020 please contact to Oguzhan Yürük via: "oguyueru(at)tu-braunschweig.de" .

In order to upload your talk material, you first have to log in to the portal. Then choose your session, scroll to the bottom, and enter your name and the title of your talk. Every speaker will decide whether they want their talks to be publicly available or to be available only for attendees of the conference. If you would like your talk and slides to be available only for the attendees ofthe conference, mark the checkbox at "Private" above the "Upload" button during the upload process. We encourage you to upload your talk as soon as possible such that participants have the chance to watch it in time before the conference. However, the deadline for uploading talks is July 11th, 2020, AOE.
