We will have a poster session on Friday afternoon giving early career researchers (master students, PhD students, and postdocs) the opportunity to present their work.

Registration

In order to register for the conference, please send an email to Oguzhan Yürük via yuruk(at)math.tu-berlin.de including:

1. Your name and your affiliation,
2. An indication whether you anticipate to attend the dinner on Friday evening,
3. OPTIONAL: A notification, if you know that you will only attend on one day.
4. OPTIONAL: Any diet restrictions in case that you would like to attend the dinner.

The conference does not have a fee. The dinner, however, which will take place at Sultana, a local restaurant, has to be paid by the participants (around 20 Euros plus drinks).
There is no deadline for registration, but we encourage an early registration, since we have limited space at the venue and the restaurant.

Local Information

This workshop will by hosted by the Department of Mathematics of the TU Braunschweig.
The venue for the workshop will be the Architekturpavillon at Pockelsstraße 4, 38106 Braunschweig.

How to reach to Architekturpavillon from Braunschweig Hbf

The Architekturpavillon is located in the Main Campus of TU Braunschweig. It can be accessed through Pockelsstraße 4 (Altgebäude). For the detailed location check the map of the Main Campus, where Architekturpavillon is shown with number 2.
In order to reach to Main Campus from Braunschweig Main Station, you can use the following public transport stops:

• Tram 1, Tram 3: Mühlenpfordstraße
• Bus 419: Pockelsstraße

Lunch/Dinner options around the venue

The cannonical choice for lunch is Mensa, which is located in Katharinestraße 1 (see number 10 on the campus map). Mensa is open on Saturdays and offers vegeterian and vegan options as well. You can find daily mealplan of Mensa here. For other options around the venue, see the list of restaurants below.

Accommodation

Here is a list of accomodations in Braunschweig. Since Braunschweig is of moderate size, the university can be reached by foot in maximally 20-25 minutes from all places. Public transportation is also available.

Two cheap options are:

• Jugendherberge, relatively new and modern, close to the university
• CVJM Hotel am Wollmarkt, simple, not too far and close to a park

Options in the medium to high(er) price segment are:

• Hotel FourSide, fully renovated and modern, in the city centre
• Hotel Deutsches Haus, rather traditional, next to the cathedral, in the city centre
• Pentahotel, not too far from the trains station, at the border of the old town
• Frühlingshotel, at the border of the pedestrian area, a few metres further away from the university than the previous ones
• Hotel Haus zur Hanse, relatively close to Frühlingshotel.
