I am a PhD student at the Department of Mathematics of the Technische Universität Braunschweig working under Prof. Dr. Timo de Wolff. Previously, I completed my MSc at Western University under the guidance of Taylor Brysiewicz. Here you can find my CV.

Research Interests

My research focuses on algebraic geometry, combinatorics, and their applications to polynomial optimization. I am also very interested in applied algebraic geometry more generally, this includes: numerical/tropical/toric algebraic geometry, A-discriminants, and the combinatorics of Newton polytopes.

Other

Apart from math I am passionate about bluegrass and midwest emo music, cooking, and perhaps most of all having great conversations, please come up and introduce yourself if you see me at a conference and are curious about SONC methods or just want a recipe reccomendation!
